Refunds/Exchange - Please read carefully!

 Please note that Horse Torque Saddlery are not required to Refund OR Exchange where the Customer orders the wrong size, colour or style of a product. We will Refund or Exchange where there is a genuine Manufacturers Fault.  In any instance, the goods must be returned in unused condition with all tags/boxes intact, for inspection before a Refund or Exchange will be negotiated.
