Refund policy

We hope that you are happy with everything you order from Horse Torque Saddlery and Country Clothing online store. However, should any products contain a genuine manufacturers fault we will happily refund or exchange these items for you.

This must be done within 7 days of you receiving your order.

Please note: this does not apply to fair wear and tear, your horse ripping or breaking gear, if you change your mind, select the wrong colour or size or find a product at a cheaper price elsewhere.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags attached. Photos of the items must be presented before sending the item back. 

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards

Anything that has been on your horse or dog including:
Horse Rugs
Dog Coats
Bits

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns

If the item is being exchanged the customer is also responsible for the cost of the postage to and from the store. This does not apply to items that have a manufactures fault.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Unfortunately we cannot refund on ANY AfterPay sale unless it is a genuine manufacturers fault in which case we will make every attempt to replace the product for you.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will exchange an item if we are contacted within 7 days given the item hasn't been opened and it is sent back to us at your cost and is undamaged in return mail.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for additional return postage costs (eg. postage both ways).

For your peace of mind, we recommend that you send your package via an insured method (we recommend Registered Post by Australia Post).
